During logging

  • For sets and exercises, you can swipe to delete.

  • Weight maxes out at 500kg

  • Reps max out at 99

  • You get the opportunity to name a workout once you press finish

  • When logging an exercise, pressing the trophy icon will show your current Pbs as well as what you did in the last workout.

Weekly Challenges

  • You won’t be awarded your current weekly challenge badge until the start of the following week.

Lifetime Progress

  • Your total lifetime volume within the app is used to calculate your progress towards the next milestone.

  • Tapping on the milestone shows you the path

  • You will never reach the end…for now

Exercises

  • We have an exercise library but you can add your own by pressing the plus icon at the top right of the exercise list screen

  • Exercises can also be edited and deleted. However deleting is permanent!

  • Relevant graphs can be seen of the exercises from tapping on them from the exercise list screen.

General

  • Completed workouts can be used as templates. Just go to their details and hit the top right icon.

  • Completed workouts can also be deleted

  • From the support screen you can change the units from kg to lb
